I don't set default tracks in multi-language because every user can have different preferences, you can set your favourite language in your player's setting and it will choose that in automatic everytime, no need to do it manually or to change the entire batch with MkvToolnix.

I have over 16TB of Series spanning across 6, 4TB hard drives, almost different titles and over 35, episodes. Yours, this, was the only series I have had to go back and fix. Or are you so arrogant as to say the you are the only fan sub that has done things correctly in the past 15 years, and all the rest did it wrong.
The title Title said Eng Sub not multi most players ignore the sub track if it is not set as default. I tried six different and they all acted the same way android, iOS, linux and Windows. Judas on my PC. But if it's ok on your side, then you shouldn't bother with it. Probably some weird data mix happened on my drive. I've deleted that special right away, so cant investigate that anymore. I'd say adding CRC checksum into file name would help with this kind of situations.
